ACV FAM Jamaica

Updated: Jan 7

Good day everyone,

I have returned from my ACV FAM trip to the Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica.

I was impressed by the resorts protocols for dealing with the world of travel we are now in. From arrival on the property you sanitize hands and have temperature check before entering. Your luggage is sanitized before being taken in as well. There are sanitization stations every 30 feet around the resort. Every morning you are temperature checked before entering for breakfast. Each restaurant and store have sanitization before entering. The staff all wear masks always, guests are required to wear masks other than in the water and to eat or drink. The buffet s one direction of flow and is completely covered so no accidental contamination can occur. The staff serve you and once a plate has been handed over, they will never touch it again. The entertainment wear masks unless they are singing. The rooms are sanitized when guests check out then sealed for 24 hours sanitized again before the next guests may be checked in to that room. All paper items are removed from the room, you need to call the concierge for anything you require coffee makers have been removed as well but upon request you can have one in your room. For mini bar restocking you must call, and they will bring to your room, but you must be present to accept as they limit the number of people entering. Housekeeping will clean if requested but if you are not comfortable with them entering your room they will not. All staff are temperature checked daily, if they are outside the area, they must come in street clothes, shower and change into uniform.

There are excursions but limited due to social distancing and remaining in the corridor of your resort.

It was a great time with the most wonderful staff.

I have posted a few pictures
